It’s worked great for me. Here’s what you do:
- Don’t eat junk food. No fast food, no french fries. Try to avoid pizza. Bacon & cheese burgers, well… Who can resist those?
- If you drink pop, drink diet. It’s vile at first, but you get used to it pretty fast.
- Don’t eat dessert unless someone has made it for you. And don’t pressure your friends into making dessert so you can violate the spirit of this rule. :)
- Don’t order appetizers.
And most importantly:
- Don’t eat when you’re not hungry.
